Registry-Style Ceremony – $450.00

 

  • A simple, legal ceremony from my home office with you both and 2 witnesses.
  • This includes lodgment of the “Notice of Intention to Marry” (NOIM) form with the basic legal requirements, vows and paperwork.
  • If you choose the location—whether at home, a park, the beach, or a quiet elopement venue with just a few witnesses, travel fees may apply depending on location.

Note: We’ll need to meet in person or via video call at least one month before your wedding to complete and lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage form. (This is compulsory and required by law)

Premium Personalised Ceremony- $975.00

I’m passionate about creating a ceremony that’s uniquely yours—joyful, meaningful, and filled with the warmth of your love story. As part of this, I offer a special Love Story section to capture your journey in a way that engages and delights your guests. With 15 years of experience and a calm, steady presence, I’ll guide you every step of the way, crafting a seamless ceremony that sets the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Reliving your journey with grace and charm, I’ll leave you and your guests with an experience that’s beautifully relaxed, fun, and truly magical.

What’s included ?

  • A perfect, authentic, light-hearted & love-filled ceremony that celebrates your love and journey together (approx. 30 mins).
  • All the legal documentation including the lodgment of the NOIM attended to and submitted to Registry.
  • Planning meeting either in person or on video call.
  • Guidance and help with writing your personal vows.
  • Printed Vows on the day.
  • Option to include readings, blessings and/or unity rituals such as sand ceremonies or hand fasting.
  • Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Use of my professional PA system with Bluetooth option and wireless microphones.
  • Travel (Fees may apply depending on location. Usually this is for rural areas)
  • I arrive 30 mins before your ceremony and check set up as required.
  • I liaise and coordinate with your other vendors before and on the day so everything runs smoothly.
  • Final Planning Meeting in the two weeks before your wedding either at your venue or over video call.
  • Phone Rehearsal or at venue included, according to availability.
  • Support, flexibility and communication with respect and understanding.
  • I handle all legal requirements meticulously, lodging documents with the Registrar at Births, Deaths, and Marriages and applying for your certificate post marriage.

Optional Extras:

Religious or Cultural Inclusions

Fee: $200 -$300 depending on the length of the ceremony (as an add-on to the Premium Personalised Ceremony)

Includes:

  • Incorporation of Hindu, Sri Lankan Poruwa, or other religious or cultural elements.
  • All ceremonies are conducted in English, with respect and understanding of your cultural preferences.

 

Short & Sweet Ceremony- $750.00

 

For small, intimate weddings—whether it’s an elopement, surprise wedding, or a cozy backyard or park celebration with close family and friends.

Share with me briefly what you love most about each other and what marriage means to you, and I’ll incorporate these into a sweet, heartfelt ceremony.
