Registry-Style Ceremony – $450.00

 

  • A simple 10 minute legal registration ceremony from my home office with you both and 2 witnesses.
  • This includes lodgment of the “Notice of Intention to Marry” (NOIM) form with the basic legal requirements, legal vows and paperwork.
  • Support, flexibility and communication with respect and understanding.
  • I handle all legal requirements and paperwork meticulously and submit  all documents with the Registrar at Births, Deaths, and Marriages. I can even assist with applying for your legal certificate post marriage.
  • If you choose to marry at home or another location—whether at home, a park, the beach, or a quiet elopement style I can come to you for a small fee depending on the location.

Note: We’ll need to meet in person or via video call at least one month before your wedding to complete and lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage form. (This is compulsory and required by law)

Premium Personalised Ceremony- $1,100

I am passionate about creating ceremonies that are uniquely yours—joyful, meaningful, and infused with the warmth of your love story. Every ceremony is thoughtfully crafted to reflect who you are as a couple and the journey that has brought you together.

A signature element of my ceremonies is the Love Story segment, where your journey is shared in a way that truly engages your guests. Blending romance, gentle humour, heartfelt emotion, and meaningful moments, your story is brought to life with grace, warmth, and authenticity. I also include a personal touch by sharing the qualities you love and admire in one another, creating a beautiful and lasting token of your connection.

With over 16 years of experience in the industry, a background in Life Coaching, and a calm, steady presence, I guide you every step of the way—making the process seamless, supportive, and stress-free. The result is a ceremony that feels relaxed, genuine, and deeply personal, leaving you and your guests with a memorable, uplifting, and truly magical experience.

What’s included ?

  • A perfect, authentic, light-hearted & love-filled ceremony that celebrates your love and journey together (approx. 30 mins).
  • All the legal documentation including the lodgment of the NOIM attended to and submitted.
  • Planning meeting either in person or on video call.
  • Guidance and help with writing your personal vows.
  • Printed Vows on the day.
  • Option to include readings, blessings and/or a unity ritual such as sand ceremonies or hand fasting.
  • Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Use of my professional PA system and wireless microphone.
  • Travel & Parking (Fees may apply depending on location)
  • I arrive 30 mins before your ceremony and check set up as required.
  • I liaise and coordinate with your other vendors before and on the day so everything runs smoothly.
  • Final Planning Meeting in the two weeks before at my office or via video call.

  • Phone rehearsals are complimentary, while venue rehearsals incur a fee and are subject to availability.

  • I handle all legal requirements meticulously, lodging documents with the Registrar at Births, Deaths, and Marriages and applying for your legal certificate post marriage.

Optional Extras:

Religious or Cultural Inclusions

Fee: $250.00 – $500.00 depending on the length of the ceremony and number of rituals required (as an add-on to the Premium Personalised Ceremony)

Includes:

  • Incorporation of Hindu rituals, Sri Lankan Poruwa, Tea Ceremonies or any other religious or cultural ceremony elements.
  • All ceremonies are conducted in English, with respect and understanding of your cultural preferences.

 

Short & Sweet Ceremony- $795.00

For small, intimate weddings—whether it’s an elopement, or a cozy backyard or park celebration with up to 20 close family and friends.

Share with me briefly how you met and fell in love and I’ll incorporate this into a short, sweet & heartfelt ceremony.

 

  • A simple yet memorable ceremony (around 15 minutes) I offer the option to include personal vows.
  • All the legal documentation including the lodgment of the NOIM attended to and submitted.
  • An official Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Guidance and help with writing your personal vows.
  • Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Use of Microphone and Speaker if required.
  • Travel: Fees may apply depending on location.
  • I arrive 30 mins before your ceremony and check set up as required.
  • Support, flexibility and communication with respect and understanding.
