Registry-Style Ceremony – $450.00

  • A simple 10 minute legal registration ceremony from my home office with you both and 2 witnesses.
  • This includes lodgment of the “Notice of Intention to Marry” (NOIM) form with the basic legal requirements, legal vows and paperwork.
  • Support, flexibility and communication with respect and understanding.
  • I handle all legal requirements and paperwork meticulously and submit  all documents with the Registrar at Births, Deaths, and Marriages. I can even assist with applying for your legal certificate post marriage.
  • If you choose to marry at home or another location—whether at home, a park, the beach, or a quiet elopement style I can come to you for a small fee depending on the location.

Note: We’ll need to meet in person or via video call at least one month before your wedding to complete and lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage form. (This is compulsory and required by law)

A beautifully crafted 30-minute + ceremony tailored to your unique love story.

I not only share your love story … how you met, fell in love, and what makes your connection special … but a signature element of my ceremonies is the way I bring your story to life even more deeply.

By asking you each a few thoughtful questions individually, I create a meaningful and personal tribute to your love. This approach offers a deeply engaging experience—one that invites you to reflect on your journey together, celebrate what you cherish most about one another, share your hopes for the future, and enjoy a touch of lighthearted humour. Crafting a ceremony that is a beautiful blend of romance, lightheartedness, passion, emotion, seriousness, and elegance.

Together with your personal vows, this often becomes one of the true highlights of the ceremony … beautifully engaging your guests while creating a lasting and heartfelt reflection of your connection. Feedback from couples has shown that they particularly love this part of the ceremony, often describing it as one of the most memorable and touching moments of their day.

With my background in Life Coaching and a calm, steady presence, I guide you every step of the way to ensure a seamless, relaxed and truly magical experience.

This includes:

• A fully personalised 30-minute ceremony

• Planning meeting (in person or via video call)

• Guidance and support with writing personal vows

• Printed vows on the day

• Option to include readings, blessings and unity rituals (sand ceremony, handfasting, etc.)

• Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day

• Professional PA system and wireless microphone

• Travel & parking (fees may apply depending on location)

• Arrival 20-30 minutes prior to ceremony

• Coordination with your vendors before and on the day

• Final planning meeting within two weeks of your wedding at my office or virtually.

• Complimentary phone rehearsal (venue rehearsals available for an additional fee)

• Meticulous lodgement of all paperwork and assistance applying for your legal certificate

Optional Add-On: Religious or Cultural Inclusions

$250.00 – $500.00 (depending on length and rituals required)

This may include Hindu rituals, Sri Lankan Poruwa ceremonies, Tea Ceremonies or other cultural elements. All ceremonies are conducted in English with deep respect for your traditions and preferences.

Micro Wedding – Short & Sweet Ceremony- $800.00 

For small, intimate weddings … whether it’s an elopement, or a cozy backyard or park celebration with up to 40 close family and friends.

Share with me briefly how you met and fell in love and I’ll incorporate this into a short, sweet & micro heartfelt ceremony.

  • A simple yet memorable ceremony (around 15 – 20 minutes) I offer the option to include personal vows.
  • All the legal documentation including the lodgment of the NOIM attended to and submitted.
  • An official Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Guidance and help with writing your personal vows.
  • Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Use of Microphone and Speaker if required.
  • Travel: Fees may apply depending on location.
  • I arrive 20-30 mins before your ceremony and check set up as required.
  • Support, flexibility and communication with respect and understanding.
  • I handle all legal requirements meticulously, lodging documents with the Registrar at Births, Deaths, and Marriages and applying for your certificate post marriage.
