My name is Sharon Osman, and I’m a fully authorised Marriage Celebrant with over 15 years of experience having celebrated more than 1,000 couples legally married under my care. I offer Marriage Registration services that are professional, affordable, and tailored to suit your unique needs — catering to Western Suburbs couples who looking for a stress-free way to marry without the big wedding price tag.

From Sunbury to Werribee, everything in between and all surrounding areas — I travel all over Melbourne to help couples legalise their love in a simple, warm, and professional way.

I provide legal-only ceremonies, perfect for couples who simply want to formalise their marriage with just the legal words and a few witnesses. These are ideal for couples:

Wanting something quick, affordable, and official
Preparing a partner or spouse visa application
Looking to marry before an overseas wedding or reception
Requiring a Shortening of Time due to illness, travel, or personal reasons

I offer weekday and weekend appointments, including support with short notice ceremonies (pending paperwork), and I take care of all the legal documents so you don’t need to worry about anything.

My Marriage Registration package includes:

Lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)
A straightforward legal ceremony
Two witnesses required on the day.
All required documentation submitted to BDM
Optional ordering of your official marriage certificate on your behalf.

Ceremonies can be held at your home, my private office, or a local park or location of your choice. The most cost-effective option is my home office, with pricing starting from $450.

If travel is required to your location in the Western Suburbs, I’m happy to come to you — travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

I’ve had the joy of working with couples from all walks of life, including multicultural and interfaith unions, and I proudly officiate ceremonies for all genders and backgrounds.

If you’re applying for a Shortening of Time, I can provide a supporting letter and act quickly to schedule your wedding once BDM Victoria grants the approval.
