My name is Sharon Osman, and for over 15 years I’ve had the honour of creating and delivering heartfelt wedding ceremonies for couples from all walks of life.
Whether you’re planning a quiet elopement, a small registry-style celebration, or a full traditional ceremony, I offer flexible options to suit your vision. I perform weddings from my home office in Blackburn or travel to your chosen venue across Melbourne and beyond. No matter the size or setting, every couple receives the same level of care, professionalism, and personalised attention.
As a fully qualified celebrant of the Academy of Celebrancy, I understand both the legal requirements and emotional significance of getting married. I take the time to understand your story and what’s most important to you, so your ceremony feels truly personal and memorable.
One of the first steps to getting married in Australia is completing and submitting the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). This must be received by your celebrant at least one month before the wedding, and no earlier than 18 months prior. The form can be submitted electronically or in person. If one partner is currently overseas or unable to sign right away, the other can lodge the form first, as long as both have signed it before the wedding day.
