I prepare the ceremony and email it to the couple for their review, and I am open to suggestions and changes up to a week prior to the ceremony. I also provide all the necessary instructions for  the formal bridal entrance, so that all members of the bridal party know exactly what to do and where to go. I maintain regular contact with my clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings, as required.

If one member of the couple is overseas, I can prepare the necessary letter for the consulate to facilitate the visa application, making sure that I can perform the ceremony effectively and eliminate any unnecessary inconveniences.
