I’m Sharon Joanne Osman, a Commonwealth Authorised Marriage Celebrant with over 17 years of experience and more than 2,000 weddings and elopements behind me.

For me, being a celebrant is about much more than simply conducting the legal ceremony. It’s about getting to know you as a couple, understanding what matters to you and creating a ceremony that feels authentic, meaningful and uniquely yours.

I specialise in personalised, multicultural and fusion weddings, bringing together different cultures, traditions and family backgrounds in a way that feels natural and meaningful to both of you.

More than your Marriage Celebrant

Alongside my experience as a Marriage Celebrant, I also bring a background in life coaching and relationships coaching to the wedding process.

Planning a wedding can sometimes bring excitement, emotions, family expectations and plenty of decisions! My coaching experience allows me to offer couples additional support, perspective and reassurance throughout the process.

My role is to make your ceremony experience as relaxed, enjoyable and stress-free as possible while ensuring that all the important legal requirements are taken care of.

Different packages for different couples and their personal requirements from quick and easy Marriage registrations at my office with your witnesses, to a small group of close family or beautiful celebration at our venue.

One of the most special parts of my ceremonies is what I call “The Love Story.”

I write an original narrative especially for each couple, sharing the story of how you met, how your relationship developed, the adventures you’ve shared and the qualities you love about one another.

It might be romantic, funny, sentimental or a little bit cheeky — but most importantly, it will be your story.

No two Love Stories are ever the same.

My aim is for your family and friends to sit back during your ceremony and think, “That is so them.”

Taking care of the legalities

There are important legal requirements involved in getting married in Australia, and I will guide you through the process from the beginning.

Your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be lodged with your celebrant at least one month before your wedding date.

I carefully manage the required documentation and legalities with you so you can have confidence that everything is in order for your special day.
