I’m Sharon Osman, an enlightened and warm Wedding Celebrant hoping to share my warmth by adding a personal touch to your already magical wedding day.  Having conducted numerous weddings in Monbulk and surrounding suburbs, I travel all over Melbourne, doing what I love most.. Marrying People.

Your wedding day is one of the most significant events in your lives. I pride myself in creating your ceremony in a way in which it reflects your values, beliefs and personalities, illuminates your love and commitment to each other.

Every one is after their perfect Celebrant. So let’s see what does a perfect Celebrant look like? I remarried last year and having chosen a celebrant, I might be able to shed light on the subject and share my opinion that you might find helpful. Being in the business it was easy for me as I knew exactly what to look for. I was after someone pleasant, warm, professional, reliable and responsible. Connecting with that person and feeling comfortable was particularly important, as I am not a visual person but more kinesthetic and need to feel the connection. I wanted someone who was experienced, patient and passionate about their job. In my 40’s I was not spending big bucks on my dress or fancy wedding stuff but I was willing to do so on a Celebrant who will provide an unforgettable ceremony.

I was enlightened to come across the very lady who trained me, and contacted her…much  to my surprise she agreed to officiate at my wedding. Not only did I find my perfect celebrant I did not have to pay big bucks. My humble advice to you is consider what’s important to you and look for the person who shares your same or similar values and beliefs. Most importantly follow your instinct… You’ll never go wrong.

Back to what I offer. With the information you provide, I design and draft a beautiful ceremony filled with fun, a touch of emotion, sentiment and celebration that will be fondly remembered in years to come. I will tell your love story of how and when you met and fell in love, what your hopes and dreams for the future are and anything else important to you. If you like you can have readings, poetry to add romance, humour to lighten the moment and elegance. Most importantly as your Wedding Celebrant, I Travel to you in Monbulk and all over Melbourne.

A little about myself… With a background in Quality Assurance, training and assessing I can guide and assist you to recognise your dream and work towards it for the best possible outcome. Presently, I am studying to be Life Coach,  something I’m very passionate about, so I bring along all my added skills, such as building rapport with you, empathy and active listening. I am totally non judgmental, have great public speaking skills and engage with you totally as you are my focus. I encourage you to write your own vows or you can choose from the samples of vows I send you.

On the day I will be there 20 minutes early to make sure everything is in place. I will present to you a beautiful and professionally printed “Certificate of Marriage” and lodge your paper work with Birth Deaths and Marriages.

Not only do I conduct traditional ceremonies for Australians, I also specialise and have married couples who are INDIAN /HINDU, SRI LANKAN, CHINESE / TEA CEREMONY, CHRISTIAN, NON RELIGIOUS, MUSLIM/ARABIC, JEWISH, JAPANESE, TURKISH, THAI, VIETNAMESE, GREEK, ITALIAN, COUPLES FROM THE U.K, CANADA, U.S, ROMANIA, MACEDONIA, EGYPY, AFRICA, FRANCE and many more Countries.
